Nice hot chocolate and cappuccino. Apple shortcake had too much shortcake and not enough apple. Staff do not look happy to be here.

What happened yesterday Tiesday 18th November staff no smiles. Or thank. The Asian girl never smiles. I was given the wrong cake, she didnt say anything so i went up to the counter to show her the one i ordered. She looked and said that's got apple short cake and caramel you ordered a muffin apple short cake. I said I pointed to the cake in the glass case the muffins are on the counter.she just looked at me put the slice on the plate with the cream and left it no thank you or sorry nothing. My friend and I also another friend have lunch at least twice a week since you opened. We love it, your staff the nz fair haired girl and others have always been friendly they know us now and we have a chat if they aren't busy. But the Asian girl needs to communicate with her customers and smile now and then. Otherwise if it happens again we wont be enjoying lunch in your cafe it was embarrassing., pleased not many people in the cafe. They weren't busy at all. Regards Lyn She

Lovely lunch there on Tuesday. Food, both ordered and cabinet ,big portions and very tasty. Friendly staff and tables not too close together. Option of dining in the garden area by the playslide looked fun for families. Would happily lunch there again

Perfect place for a coffee, some food and for our twins to have a play on the playground. Staff and service is always exceptional , we love coming here.

Had an awesome full english breakfast this morning.. everything cooked to perfection.. the eggs were amazing, but everything on the plate was tasty and yum.. the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Also huge kudos to the designer of the space.. we sat on the stools by the front window and being a bit lacking hight wise, stools are often a challenge.. but these were the perfect hight for me, also stool to table hight was .. one or the other usually causes discomfort.. very comfy.. win win... definitely my fave breakfast hang out from now on.. well done Columbus xx

Simply the best, great customer service, a warm and welcoming space. The mochaccino was perfect fluffy with the caffeine kick you need for an early morning and the food amazing. We had the Brioche French toast and it was soft and the right crisp on the edge with cream, cooked banana, maple syrup and crispy bacon. Delicious. The Columbus big breakfast was the perfect amount before the trek out to the junior rugby games, at our local park.

We went down on Sunday for brunch, a very chilled day was made all the more enjoyable by the freshest meal and bestest coffee! The crew at CCWOA are amazing, and so friendly and we always have the best service when we visit. It's a real treat to go and spend some time in the immaculately clean cafe. The vibe is always uplifting We tried the new seasonal menu, with both of us ordering the Avocado Toast, avocado which was fresh (not bruised or sour), tomato, whipped feta, sundried tomato pesto, red onion, salad greens, pumpkin & sunflower seeds on ciabatta. We ordered haloumi and bacon as well which just topped it off. We had mocha frappe and an americano, both were perfect.
